This product was a god send for us. Our girl got vestibular disease and overnight couldn’t walk. We need to carry our 90 lb GSD outside to pee. We are not spring chickens anymore and without this product it would have been impossible. She is still wobbly and needs help especially on stairs and the handles are still very helpful in steading her quickly. We tried two others one did not help and another similar to this product was too small and too much material. This one is more open but still gives the support needed. We thank you for this product it’s literally saved our backs.

This harness was vital to the recovery of my dog, Carl (70 lbs). Carl had double TPLO surgery and required little to no weight bearing for 4 weeks. We are currently on week 3 and this harness has been amazing. I love that there are 3 handles (shoulders, mid back, hips). I also have 2 herniated discs so carrying him up and down our backyard steps was not an option. This harness is highly adjustable and the back piece is removable. I have also washed it and it held up well. Once you read the instructions on how to put the harness on, it is super easy and comfortable.

“This harness is great. My golden was suddenly struck with FCE and lost power in one of his rear legs. This, on top of having partial loss of mobility in the opposite front leg made it impossible for him to get up. The harness allowed us to get him up. it is adjustable so it fits well. It is super sturdy. He has regained most of his mobility, but we still use it to lift him in and out of our car for rehab.”

My dog is a large labrador-setter mix and he just turned 12. In general he’s in good health but when it’s cold it’s clear that his back hips are giving him problems. On cold days he refuses to jump into the back of our SUV or walk up stairs. I’ve have a ramp for the car but sometimes it takes him a while to willingly walk up the ramp (he’s getting stubborn in his old age). On those occasions I end up having to lift him. To make lifting him easier I ordered this harness. The harness fits him well. I ordered large and it pretty much fitted perfectly straight away. There are lots of buckles and I was able to make the small adjustments I needed to make. The only part that seemed loose were the straps that go around the legs. I’ve left them loose and it doesn't impact his mobility and movement yet I’m still able to lift him into the car without any sign that he's in pain or discomfort from the straps. This harness is perfect for my dog and is allowing him to continue the life he’s had for the last 12 years.

I am so impressed with this dog lift harness. It is extremely well made. It has a front and a back half that can clip together. As I got this for a dog who unfortunately had one of her hind legs amputated we only used the front half. She also broke her front leg on the same side which she to have an operation to set it for a second time so the poor girl was having a tough time. But immediately after the surgery she was able to put some weight on that front leg again. This harness was instrumental in helping her get around while her front leg heals. The harness is well padded. It has three handles on the front half of the harness which really helps to lift her. There is also a longer strap that connects with metal clips to the front and back of the harness. She is a medium/large dog (probably a pit bull/hound mix) and it fit her perfectly in the chest. It is a bit roomy at her ribs/belly but as she is still healing she will probably be putting on some weight. Please see my photos. I put a measuring tape in many of the photo for size reference.

I think this harness is perfect. Everything about it is well thought out, and very well made. As a senior dog owner, (12.5yr 90lb lab/gsd), he's still active, but his back legs have his getting up a littler slower over time. He collapsed recently on a walk, when he pulled on his leash and that shifted all that force to his hind legs. He strained something and was unable to weight bare for a day. Had to leave him there and jog back to get my car and lift him into the back seat. It was scary. We though he may never be able to mobilize again. Thankfully, he's a strong boy, but I wanted to get a harness like this immediately. With the rear leg/hip support, I can vigilantly walk him, and if there is something that is going to make him pinged, I can hold that rear end up by the handle (of which there are 4, very well placed), and keep him from injuring himself again. And it's also perfect for being able to quickly lift him into my car, which its height had become to difficult/stressful to take him places. He's still fine with stairs, and otherwise very healthy. But if there is a time where he may have difficulty with stairs, but is still mobile and happy on his own, I know I can use this harness with the "luggage" strap, 4 point and handles to carry him up. (Also useful for dogs to trim their nails and keep them in "air jail" lol.

Anyway. Worth every penny. It's not going to tear or break on you. It's the best design out there in my opinion, and I spent some considerable time looking at many options. I want the best for my sweet 'old boy, he deserves it, and I feel confident that I have provided that with this harness.

Both times I went to appointments at the referral center and the techs and vets were buzzing about it, super impressed how effective it was and “where did you get it?!?”. some drawbacks is that it’s not easy putting it toguether but once assembled, absolutely worth the money. I use different sections at different times and each section does what it needs to do.

to be clear, my dog had a TPLO surgery and herniated a disk so yeah, he’s walking but he was falling everywhere including stairs. to the person having issues adjusting the straps, you possibly have the wrong size. As for comfort, my dog sleeps in it all day until night, it’s better than falling. The specialist told me to keep it on at all times.

It took some adjustment but once it fits it's a godsend! My 13 year old doberman had a stroke 3 days ago and this has helped me safely lift her on to the bed or into the car. And even safely walk down stairs. Highly recommend if you have an older dog or an injured dog. Huge peace of mind for both her and I. I've only had it for 2 full days but it seems very durable so far. She's 65 lbs and I can lift her with no problem. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

This thing was a LIFESAVER when our pup tore his ACL. he is an overweight beagle and this harness worked amazing for him. we were able to support him on any area of his body that needed it most because of all the options for hooking him in. And the chest part of the harness is comfortable enough for him to sleep in too! Which is a major plus because it makes it easier to support him as he gets out of bed in the morning as opposed to holding him up and trying to get in on him. Thank you so much for making this!

An absolute life (and back) saver! Our 70lb 13 year old shepherd/husky/I-don’t-know-what-else mutt mix (truly the best dog ever) had what we thought was a stroke last Tuesday. Turns out it’s some sort of vestibular disease which affects the left side of the brain. Long story short, he basically has an extreme case of vertigo. He couldn’t even stand up, let alone walk on his own a week ago. I have several back issues, so lifting a dead-weight 70lb dog multiple times a day to go outside simply wasn’t working for me. This harness has made our lives easier while he is healing up. It took a couple of days for him to get used to the harness and for us to get the hang of putting it on him, especially since we didn’t have the luxury of him standing up while we tried to adjust/fit it on him at first, but once we did, even I could carry him by myself. A week later, and now he’s able to walk with assistance. He’s still wobbly, but he’s getting more confident every day that we won’t let him fall over, and even wants to chase the birds and bunnies in the yard again, and a positive attitude is such a huge part of the healing process. It takes 2-3 weeks for older dogs to get better from this, but I know we’ll continue to use this harness for the rest of his life for walks (just in case there is a relapse and because of the arthritis in his back). Thank you so much for making this amazing product!!!! I highly recommend it for your fur-babies struggling with mobility due to age, injury, illness, whatever. Best of wishes to you and your pups!

I have a nine year Border Collie who unfortunately has rear hip issues! Our living space is upstairs so both our dogs use the stairs several times a day! When she is experiencing discomfort with pain she needs assistance and this harness has been fabulous as she weighs in at about 60lbs, but with the harness all snapped into place it is so easy caring her up; even my wife can do it. The best part of the harness is my dog feels comfortable in it, stands perfectly still until all snaps are attached and walks to the bottom of the steps waiting for her ride up the stairs in her new harness. I know no harm to her or discomfort experienced when harness is properly fitted and attached for any dog! You want to make sure all straps are properly adjusted so not too tight or to lose! We even keep the harness on during walks as she is comfortable wearing it! I have 16 steps to carry her up and being 67 yrs old you want to make sure neither the dog or you get injured.

Awesome product, and we are thinking of getting another harness for our 12.5 yr old golden retriever as he is starting to show signs of weakness in his legs.

Over all, easy instructions to follow and do pay attention to their size category, because it’s important you get the right size for your pet! Ours being 60lbs we got the large.

80 pounds, can't stand, and I can get him up without hurting either of us

“BUY THIS. I should have bought this way sooner. My baby is 80 pounds and his seizures are trying to take his legs and he cannot stand up or walk and this harness has made it SO easy to assist him to go potty and to pick all 80 pounds of him up without hurting the both of us. It was very easy to put on even with him laying down and unable to stand. We got an XL and it's a little big in some areas but I think a L would have been too small. It's very sturdy and actually kinda heavy, you can tell it's made well. It also comes with really cute Velcro patches which were a nice thoughtful touch. I'm very happy with this and would recommend it.”

“This was an amazing purchase. My dogs old harness fell apart in the wash so I upgraded to this one because he was aging. Honestly, it helped him so much. I could help his back end when he was tired, I could help him into and out of the car. I could actually lift my 100lb dog off the ground in case of emergency which was a huge comfort. The harness didn’t rub or cause hot spots and is well padded. It made his end of life more comfortable and less stressful for both of us. Miss you, sweet boy 🪽”

Severe arthritis and hip dysplasia, and the rear support is the key

“Good quality harness for my 13.5 year old Springer Spaniel with severe arthritis and hip dysplasia. He is almost 25kg (tall for his breed) and the medium fits him well. This is a great substitute for the more expensive name brand, though perhaps a bit less padded. The back leg support is especially key and we love all the handle options. This has made walks much easier on him and on my back.”
